Fees
Fees are set in accordance with guidelines proposed by the Ontario Psychological Association. Most extended health benefits offer coverage for psychological services. Payment for service is due at the end of each session and you will be provided with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. I accept Debit, Cheque, Cash, same day E-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for appointment payments.
Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are extremely important.  Your information will not be shared with others without explicit written consent from you. Although there are certain exceptions to confidentiality, this will be fully discussed with you during your first session.

If you communicate with me by unencrypted email, please be aware that email is not completely confidential or secure. Although unlikely, please be aware of possible risks to your privacy if you communicate personal information over email. Any email I receive from you, and any responses that I send to you, will be kept in the clinical record.
Referral

You may contact me directly to arrange a consultation or appointment for an assessment or treatment. A professional referral is not required. To book an appointment please contact me.
